Right of cancellation
If you have submitted your order by mistake you can cancel your order without any further consequences by sending us an e-mail (vinoteka@csanyipince.hu). If we are unable to deliver your order in a way you have requested within the expected timeline (e.g. we do not have the product on stock and you would have to wait for weeks for the product), you can cancel your order at any time without any consequences.
In the case of customers who fail to receive an ordered delivery due to “Rejected receipt”, we reserve the right to refuse delivering cash on delivery packages to the same customer name and address. We only accept upfront bank transfers or payment with credit/debit card for any future orders.
Right of cancellation
We assume full responsibility for your order until the receipt of the goods. Defective or damaged items will be exchanged/supplemented within 5 working days at our cost. If you waive the order due to incorrect delivery or due to items damaged during transportation, we shall reimburse the value paid. After the receipt of the goods we are unable to accept any claims related to delivery. If you have any complaints or comments in relation to your order or delivery please forward them to vinoteka@csanyipince.hu.
Right of cancellation
In virtue of the effective rules and regulations in accordance to the major rule in the case of all products Customer considered as a consumer 8 working days within the receipt of the product shall have the right to waive the contract referring to the purchase of the product. If prior to the receipt of the product you have not received an e-mail from us indicating the company and registered address of the Vinoteca- suitable for identification; essential features of the subject matter of the contract; product price inclusive of the value added tax and other compulsory fees and all other additional costs, such as with special respect to transportation fees, delivery cost; payment, delivery or other terms and conditions of delivery; right of cancellation; claims management location; possible warranty terms and conditions and any additional services available after the completion of the order, Customer shall have the right to waive the contract 8 working days within the receipt of this information, but maximum up to 3 months after the date of receipt (except for the case when Customer receives the written confirmation 8 working days before the expiration of the 3 months period, as in this case Customer has 8 working days). In this case our company shall reimburse the value of the product(s) to Customer, received in original condition, without any damage, in an unopened packaging maximum 30 days within the return of the goods. Customer shall cover all costs arising in relation due to the exercising of the right of cancellation.
