Vinoteca membership
Becoming a Csányi Winery Vinoteca member, it is necessary to submit an order via the website of the Vinoteca. With the first order we will grant you one year membership starting from the date of your first purchase. If you wish to extend your membership, it is required to make at least one more purchase via the website one year within the date of your first purchase.
If you have not ordered from us yet, you need to register in the first phase of your order. For registration you will need to submit the following personal data:
- Existing e-mail address
- User name
- Surname and first name
- Full delivery address (city/town, street, house number, ZIP code), and if your billing and delivery address is different, please also submit a delivery address (the billing and delivery addresses will be indicated on the bill separately). Products ordered through Vinoteca might only be delivered to Hungarian addresses!
- Here you can also sign up to the newsletter of Csányi Winery Vinoteca (You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking on „My account”.)
By submitting your registration you declare that you agree and acknowledge the followings:

for placing your order via the website, i.e. during registration it is compulsory to submit the above-listed personal data;
- you are exclusively responsible for keeping your password confidential;
- you declare that your ability to enter into a contract is not limited or excluded;
- you declare that you have read and understood the rules and regulations of the company and you abide by them;
- if during registration you have agreed to receive newsletters containing electronic advertisements, the service provider may send newsletters to your indicated e-mail address, which may contain partly personalised electronic advertisements and advertisements submitted to all members that have subscribed to the newsletter. You can cancel our newsletter at any time by unsubscribing or by sending an e-mail to our customer service.
Our Vinoteca reserves the right to unilaterally make changes to these rules and regulations without preliminary notification given to our registered users. You accept the amended rules and regulations after the effective date of the changes by using the services for the first time, i.e. first login to the website.
Once you completed the registration process we will forward your automatically generated password to the indicated e-mail address (you can change this password after the first login). Using your selected User ID and the received password you can login to our system as a Vinoteca member. If you have forgotten your password, please click on the „Password reminder” link and the password will be sent to your e-mail address (in order to do this, you need to type in your e-mail address).
After login our registered customers in „My account” can make changes to their personal details, can view all present and previous orders, may subscribe to or unsubscribe from our newsletter and can send a Vinoteca invitation to their friends and family. If you have ordered from us earlier, i.e. you have completed the registration process, you can login to our system by typing in your User ID and password in the login box located on the top left part of the header or you can also login in the last stage of the product order process.
How to order?
Browse our product list and if you wish to purchase a product please click on the „Add to shopping cart” icon. Once you have added a selected product to your shopping cart you can carry on shopping. By clicking on the Shopping cart icon, the system by default will add as many items to the cart as many you have previously selected. By clicking on the „Shopping cart” icon you can make changes to the selected quantity.
The content of the Shopping cart is always displayed after adding a new item to the cart or you can view the content of the Shopping cart at any time while you browsing our site by clicking on the „Shopping cart” link located in the top menu. At this point you can delete any product from your cart by typing O at quantity or you can make changes to the selected amount. After every change the system recalculates the product prices and order value. The content of the shopping cart will not be automatically deleted in the case of inactivity. If in the meanwhile we discontinue selling certain products or in the case of price changes the system may delete such discontinued products or updates the prices in the Shopping cart. Product prices are prices effective at the time of submitting your order; therefore sales prices are only effective if you have submitted your order within the promotional period.
Submitting your order
When you have finished shopping, on the Shopping cart page by clicking on the „Next” icon you can proceed to the virtual Vinoteca checkout. On this page you can submit your personal details and address and you can select the delivery method (for deliveries within Hungary Palatrans Express courier services or pick-up in our shop in Villány) and payment method (debit card or cash payment upon receipt). The cost of delivery is automatically calculated based on the order quantity.
Before submitting your order you can modify the delivery and billing address, if required. You can submit your order by clicking on the „Submit your order” button located at the bottom of the checkout page. If you do not click on this button, the selected products will remain in the cart but your order will not be forwarded to our customer service. Our system will send you an e-mail about receiving your order. This is an automated e-mail only indicating that our system has successfully registered your order and our customer service assistants will contact you.
IMPORTANT: If you have selected pick-up, please wait until our customer service assistants contact you via e-mail or call you to ensure that your package is ready and this way you can avoid an unnecessary trips to our shop.
If we have any questions (e.g. we are unable to deliver the requested product, etc.) in relation to your submitted order, our customer service assistants will contact you using the contact details you have indicated.
Confirmation
Our system will forward you a confirmation once we have received your order. If you fail to receive this confirmation message within 48 hours, your obligation of quote ceases and you are not obliged to purchase the product, but you still can opt for accepting the requested product(s). In this case please contact our customer service at vinoteka@csanyipince.hu!
If any of the products you have ordered are not available, the system automatically will send a notification and you will not be able to place the product in the shopping cart. In this case please try to submit your order at a later point of time!
The contract established based on the order is in Hungarian language, it is not considered as a written contract and the Vinoteca does not file such contracts and they are subsequently inaccessible.
Alcoholic products are only available to customers over the age of 18.
