How long does it take to receive my delivery after submitting an order?
If the product you have ordered is in stock, your order will be dispatched within maximum 48 hours and the courier service will deliver your order following the day of dispatch. If certain products are not in stock, we will inform you about the waiting time via e-mail or by the phone and you can make changes to your order and select another product or cancel your order without any consequences. Csányi Winery and Vinoteca will do its utmost to deliver your requested order with the quality expected as soon as possible.
Where and how I shall transfer the monies if I opt for upfront bank transfer payment method?
First of all please wait for our e-mail. This e-mail will include your parcel reference number and our bank account details. Why? We will only send you this e-mail including the details required for the bank transfer if all products ordered are in stock. The reference number indicated in the e-mail shall be used for the bank transfer, which will make it easier for our computerized system to identify your payment.
Can I make changes to my order?
Yes, at any time until your order is handed over to the courier services.
How much is the delivery cost?
Our system will automatically calculate delivery costs for all delivery and payment method combinations.
May I request a delivery address differing from my billing address?
Our system manages separately the delivery and billing addresses. There is only one restriction in place: the delivery and billing addresses can only be edited/modified during the ordering process, once the delivery process is underway we are unable to accept any changes made to the addresses.
